8" beaker bong

This looked like a nice bong. It was a birthday gift for a friend.. she used it, put it on the shelf went to use it the next day and there's a puddle of water underneath it. Discovered there was a crack in the bong where the stem sits near the bottom.... There's a two-week return window, I purchased early August her birthday was the 28th. Contacted customer support never heard back. So don't recommend, it's very thin evidently. Not good customer service in my opinion.
