1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Methods and Carriers

We ship nationwide in the United States using carriers like UPS and USPS. Shipping fees are calculated based on carrier rates and are displayed at checkout.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

4. Shipping Restrictions

SmokeMega complies with all federal and state regulations regarding the sale and shipment of smoking accessories. We are unable to ship to states, counties, or cities where our products are prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to know the laws in your jurisdiction before placing an order.

5. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@smokemega.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
