Broken Glass: Paid Cover vs Free Cover
World of Bongs offers Route package insurance when you check out. Its shipping page says it will replace glass damaged in transit at no cost "for customers who have added Route," as long as you report it within 72 hours with photos.
Its refund policy also covers damaged items reported within 72 hours, but says the store may ask for photos before deciding on a replacement or refund. Without Route, the free replacement is not promised.
At SmokeMEGA there is no add-on to buy. Report breakage within 14 days, send a photo, and the piece is replaced.
Free Shipping: $75 vs $30
SmokeMEGA ships free once your order passes $30. World of Bongs needs $75, and charges $5.99 below that. Its free shipping also excludes Hawaii and Alaska.
So a $40 bong ships free from SmokeMEGA and costs $45.99 delivered at World of Bongs. Above $75, both ship free.
Three Warehouses vs One: Delivery Speed by Coast
World of Bongs ships from fulfillment centers in New Jersey, Florida and California. Orders placed before 12pm EST, Monday to Friday, usually leave the same day. Free shipping takes 2 to 5 business days, and USPS Priority takes 1 to 3 for $12.99.
SmokeMEGA ships everything from one warehouse in Los Angeles, and orders usually arrive in 2 to 3 days. World of Bongs also has a California center, so on the West Coast neither store has a distance edge. On the East Coast, its New Jersey and Florida centers give it a shorter trip.
Returns: 72 Hours and a 15% Fee
World of Bongs accepts returns within 72 hours of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with every part included. Approved refunds lose a 15% restocking fee and any shipping you paid, and you cover the return postage.
SmokeMEGA gives 14 days, takes no fee and pays the return postage. On a $40 bong, World of Bongs would refund $34 at most, before your postage.
Prices Compared
| Product | SmokeMEGA | World of Bongs |

| Cheapest dab rig | $19.99, banger included | $25 (5-inch rig with quartz banger) |
| Top of the range | About $120 | $450 (Puffco Peak Pro) |
Against the first 35 listings we checked, SmokeMEGA starts lower on both bongs and dab rigs, and every rig ships with a free quartz banger. Its bongs under $100 cover the next price band up, with taller glass from $54.99.
