Budget Collections Side by Side
Both stores sort their cheap glass into price-capped collections. DankStop lists regular prices with a lower member price under each one.
| Collection | SmokeMEGA | DankStop |
|---|---|---|
| Bongs under $50 | 43 products, $29.99 to $49.99, mostly glass | 70 products, $25.99 to $59.99 regular on page one, glass and silicone |
| Dab rigs under $50 | 56 products from $22.99, banger included | 87 products from $12.99 regular, cheapest are straws and tips |
DankStop also runs a glass pipes under $25 collection with 168 products, from $9.99 regular. Its member prices go low there: the EZ Pipe drops to $4.64. SmokeMEGA keeps a separate collection of 12 bongs under $25, mostly silicone.
On rigs, SmokeMEGA's dab rigs under $50 start at $22.99 and come with a free quartz banger. DankStop's under-$50 rig collection mixes in nectar straws and tips, and names a banger on only some listings. For water pipes, compare its range with SmokeMEGA's bongs under $50.
Mystery Boxes Compared
DankStop sells one mystery box in several sizes, starting at $50 regular or $25 for members. You choose a flower or concentrate style, and the contents can be glass, vapes, papers, accessories or merch. DankStop says each box is worth 1.5 to 2 times its price. All sales are final, and boxes ship 5 to 7 days after you order.
SmokeMEGA sells 13 mystery boxes sorted by type, so you know what kind of piece is coming. A hand pipe box starts at $19.99, oil burner boxes at $29.99, dab rig boxes at $44.99 and bong boxes at $49.99. Rig boxes come with a free quartz banger.

Shipping: Where Orders Come From and How Fast
SmokeMEGA ships from Los Angeles, free over $30, and orders usually land in 2 to 3 days. DankStop's FAQ says it ships from South Plainfield, New Jersey, while its shipping policy lists centers in New Jersey, Florida and California.
DankStop processes orders in 1 to 3 business days by its shipping policy, or 3 to 5 by its FAQ. USPS or FedEx then takes 3 to 5 business days, with faster options up to guaranteed next day at checkout. Free shipping starts at $50 and does not cover Hawaii or Alaska.
Returns: The 15% Restocking Fee
DankStop takes returns on unused items within 48 hours of delivery, with an RMA number. If you want a refund because you changed your mind, it keeps 15% as a restocking fee. Take store credit instead and the fee goes away. Return postage is on you either way, and shipping and rush fees are not refunded.
SmokeMEGA gives 14 days, charges no restocking fee and pays the return postage. On a $40 bong, that is the gap between getting $40 back and getting $34 back, minus postage.
Broken Glass Claims
DankStop replaces items broken in shipping at no cost. Its FAQ and shipping policy ask you to report within 48 hours, while its return policy says 4 days. Either way, keep the box and send clear photos.
SmokeMEGA gives 14 days to report breakage and replaces from a photo. If your parcel arrives while you are away, that extra time matters.
Reviews and Reputation
On Trustpilot, SmokeMEGA scores 4.1 from 82 reviews. DankStop scores 2.9 from 398 reviews, so it has more reviews but a lower score.
Recent DankStop complaints focus on items sold as in stock that could not ship, late or lost parcels, slow refunds and support that is hard to reach. Some reviewers also dispute damage claims made outside the reporting window.
When DankStop Is the Better Pick
- You want clothing, pins, art, travel gear or munchies in the same order as your glass.
- You want a ready-made 420 kit or bundle.
- You want a cheap glass hand pipe and the member price, like the $4.64 EZ Pipe.
- You are buying a vaporizer or a premium brand.
- You found a lower price elsewhere and want the 5% price-beat.
The Verdict
For budget bongs and rigs, SmokeMEGA costs less to get wrong. Free shipping starts $20 lower, there is no 15% fee if you send something back, and you get 14 days instead of 48 hours. Every rig also comes with a banger.
DankStop is the better shop for lifestyle extras, kits and cheap pipes at member prices. It is part of the same group as Smoke Cartel and Grasscity, so those comparisons follow the same pattern.
