Track Your Order
Your order is on its way! Use any of the methods below to check your delivery status at any time.
Option 1 — Sign In to Your Account
The fastest way to track your order is through your SmokeMEGA customer account, where you can see all your orders and live shipping updates in one place.
Once signed in, go to Orders and click on your order to view its current status and carrier tracking link.
Option 2 — Use Your Order Number
Don't have an account? No problem. You can still check your order status using your order confirmation number and the email or phone number you used at checkout.
- Open the shipping confirmation email we sent you — it contains a direct link to your order status page.
- Click the tracking link in that email, then verify your identity with your order number and email or phone number.
Your order number can be found in your order confirmation email — it typically looks like #1001.
Track Directly With Your Carrier
Once your order ships, your tracking number is shown on your order status page and in your shipping confirmation email. Use it to track directly on the carrier's website:
Not sure which carrier shipped your order? Check your shipping confirmation email or your order status page — the carrier name and tracking number are listed there.
Haven't Received a Shipping Confirmation?
Orders are typically fulfilled within 1–3 business days. If you haven't received a shipping confirmation email yet, please check your spam folder first. If you still need help, contact us with your order number and we'll look into it for you.
