Looking for a Headshop.com alternative? The quickest way to compare is a typical $45 order. It ships free at SmokeMEGA, where free shipping starts at $30. At Headshop.com it does not, because its banners say free shipping starts at $100 and its shipping policy says $150.
Headshop.com wins on range. It is based in Encinitas, California, lists over 250 brands and sells vaporizers, CBD and THC products next to its glass. Here is how the two stores compare, checked on October 13, 2026.

Free Shipping: $100 vs $30
Take a $45 bong. At SmokeMEGA, that order clears the $30 bar and ships free. At Headshop.com, it falls short of both the $100 on its banners and the $150 in its shipping policy, so you pay shipping.
The gap stays open for a long way. Any order between $30 and $100 ships free at SmokeMEGA and pays at Headshop.com. If you go by the written policy, that stretches to $150, and only within the continental US.
Speed differs too. SmokeMEGA orders usually arrive in 2 to 3 days. Headshop.com fulfills orders in 3 to 5 business days, then allows another 3 to 5 in transit.
250 Brands vs a Budget Glass Range
Headshop.com says it carries more than 250 brands. Its range runs from $18.99 beakers to a $599.95 Stündenglass gravity infuser, with Puffco, Pulsar and GRAV along the way. It also sells vaporizers, CBD and THC products.
SmokeMEGA sticks to glass and accessories, mostly under $120: bongs, dab rigs, hand pipes, oil burners and bangers. If you want a specific brand or device, Headshop.com has more of them.
Returns and Broken Glass Compared
Returns
Headshop.com gives 30 days from delivery to ship a return back, in original, brand-new condition. If the item was opened, it charges a processing fee of 20 to 50%. You pay the return shipping, and the package must be tracked and insured, or the store will not credit it.
SmokeMEGA gives 14 days, with no fee and free return postage. Headshop.com gives more time. SmokeMEGA leaves more money in your pocket.
Broken glass
Headshop.com asks you to report glass damage within 72 hours of delivery, then offers a refund or exchange. SmokeMEGA gives 14 days and replaces from a photo.
Prices Compared
| Product | SmokeMEGA | Headshop.com |
|---|---|---|
| Cheapest bong | $13.99 | $18.99 (lava ombre beaker) |
| Cheapest glass dab rig | $19.99, banger included | $20 (clear mini beaker rig) |
| Top of the range | About $120 | $599.95 |
At the entry level the two are close, with SmokeMEGA a few dollars lower and a banger in every rig box. Add shipping on a small Headshop.com order and the gap widens.
